Worst customer service experience of my life.CSV2QFX Converter for Quicken. They refused to do both and told me "good luck with the legal process." Product was good when it worked, but unfortunately I was duped into purchasing a "lifetime" subscription that has to be renewed each year. I asked for them to honor the "lifetime" license or refund my money. If I have access to the online banking, I don't need to convert PDF's to QBO's, I would just export the QBO directly from the bank. They tell me that I can download statements, directly from the online banking, and convert them via my license, but I can't use a PDF not published by the bank. They let me know that, while I had purchased a lifetime license to the software, the PDF conversion piece was an annual subscription, for an additional annual fee. The product stopped working, so I reached out to support (whom you can only reach via email). Purchased a "Lifetime" license for the PDF-QBO converter. There are other similar software companies and while this product works, put your money in someone else's pocket, not this jerk. Completely immoral of the person running this company. But that doesn't seem to matter, we are being treated as if we are trying to scam the system when all we want is the single license and install that we paid for. An issue may have arose from an install on a computer that isn't even in use anymore and can't even be turned on. We have a history of emails that show we were looking to correct this over and over again. We are not looking to take advantage of an excess number of licenses. Completely unprofessional approach and it forced me to look for alternatives. We had since uninstalled this from every work station except for one, which is all I really need anyway, but the company has refused to reinstate our license and so I have paid for a subscription that I can't even use. We had this installed on too many computers which I wasn't aware of at the time and we're locked out of the program. UPDATED by Hector Garcia, CPA I am going to tell you about 3 tools I tested from the developer MoneyThumb: PDF2CSV take original PDF Bank Statements from the bank (not scanned, but the ones you can download from the bank’s website) and converts to a CSV (Excel) file 99. I subscribed to this for my accounting office and the product itself is good.
